Entry Criteria:
Acceptance of entries is at the discretion of the Show Committee. Works may be of any media you choose. •Entry form and photo or detailed plan must be submitted to Doris Combs or Janis Guyette, no later than May
15, 2013
•Works must be delivered to Hammond Hall at 10:00 am on June 1 and must be delivered by the artist or his/her representative. Assistance will be provided.
•Works must be on display for the entire length of the Show. •Works must be picked up at Hammond Hall on Saturday, June 29 at 9:00 a.m..Space is not available to store
artwork at Hammond Hall.
