Students will explore the incredible variety of seaweed that grows in the Gulf of Maine through a hands-on touch tank experience followed by creating and tasting delicious recipes. These include Dulse-Corn Chowder, Alaria-Fruit Smoothies, and Sea Slaw. Bring your curiosity, taste buds, and take-home containers!
