There are so many flavors of wine to enjoy. Those wonderful tastes, aromas, and colors can lend their unique qualities when used for cooking. We’ll be incorporating white wine in an aromatic Saffron Seafood Rice pilaf, a robust red wine in a red sauce with handmade stuffed pasta, and a sweet dessert wine with spiced poached fruit. Yum!
