Description

Corea resident John E. Finn, author of The Perfect Omelet: Essential Recipes for the Home Cook, will reveal the secrets to making a perfect omelet while telling outrageous true stories about his life-long pursuit of omelet perfection. Students will make their own perfect omelet and enjoy samples. John is a professionally trained chef and Professor Emeritus of Government at Wesleyan University.
