2012 Hammond Hall

Need space to be creative, to meet with a large group or get some work done? We have that! Check out our facilities rental list below.

Schoolhouse:  Home of our ongoing Community Programs, like Painting Group and Singing Circle, the Schoolhouse also houses studio space, our administrative office, and a large 1,000 square foot auditorium. Short term and long-term rental rates are available as well as half/full day.

Hammond  Hall:  Our spectacular performance center at Hammond Hall, is a historic building that holds 200 people.

Combs Studio:  The Combs Studio houses six pottery wheels, firing kiln, and tools for an assortment of crafts. If you are in need of a heated communal space to work, this is a good option.

Cancellation Policy

The following Terms apply to Workshop and Festival Enrollments:

We are temporarily modifying our cancellation policy to allow for full refunds for any registered participants who are not able to attend a scheduled event due to COVID-19 related issues. If it has been recommended that you self-quarantine, you have had recent contact with an ill person, or are feeling ill yourself, please do not come to your event.  We are happy to return your full registration fee. Full refunds will also be given to registered participants if it becomes necessary for us to cancel a scheduled workshop due to COVID-19.  If you cannot attend a workshop, please let us know as soon as possible.  Many workshops have waiting lists and we may be able to fill your place.

For non-COVID related cancellations, refunds will be given as follows:

30 days or more before the workshop or class, you will receive a full refund; between 7 and 30  days prior to the workshop, a half refund will be offered.  Because our instructors purchase materials based on your registration, no refund can be given less than 7 days prior to the workshop or class.  We will be happy to apply your tuition fee as a donation toward our scholarship program.

Photo Permission

Schoodic Arts for All programs are often photographed for publication, if you would like to be excluded from photographs, please notify the office at (207) 963-2569 48 hours prior to your class/workshop.
