Mix the dough by hand, knead dough by hand, shape baguettes and boule (round) breads and bake the breads. We’ll bake several types of breads and will learn about different flours, yeasts, fermentation techniques, etc. There will be no mention of bread machines in this class and no other machines will be used.
Instructor will send out a list of equipment each student should bring.
