Join cookbook author and instructor Chris Toy for this hands on class. You’ll learn the keys to stir-frying, steaming, deep frying, and making soup all in the original one pan utensil. The recipes will be from Chris’s cookbook, Easy Chinese Favorites, which will be included with registration. Come prepared to Wok and Roll! Note: Do not eat before class.
