Painting with charcoal - yes - the painting part refers to the process of identifying and laying in values, and (my favorite) lifting areas using an eraser. Try lines, or brush them out. Charcoal is very forgiving, therefore any level of experience is welcome. All materials provided except a hat, water bottle and snack. I will have water soluble charcoal that can be used with a brush to try as well. Presented in partnership with Frenchman Bay Conservancy.
