Announcing our New Leadership Team

It all begins with an idea.

We would like to announce a new leadership team here at Schoodic Arts for All: Artistic Director Anna Woolf, and Managing Director Lisa Salsbury. They each have nearly a decade of experience with the organization, and take over for Colt Neidhardt, departing executive director.

We’re so sorry to see Colt go, and also thrilled that Anna and Lisa will co-lead. These two are deeply committed to our mission of bringing people together through art and know the organizational ropes inside-out.
— Joan Dempsey, Board President

Anna Woolf

Anna Woolf, a potter who has taught many workshops around the region and holds a master’s degree in early childhood education, is the creative mind behind Schoodic Arts' popular summer camps, After-School Art Club, and community engagement events. She lives in Franklin with her husband, Neale, daughter Olivia, and son Charlie.

Lisa Salsbury

Lisa Salsbury, a long-time Schoodic Arts workshop instructor focused on precious metal clay, calligraphy, and screen printing, previously served as the organization’s communications manager, overseeing the website and donor database. She lives in Ellsworth with her husband, Steve.

Colt, whose decision to step down was motivated in part by a need to be closer to his family, will join Theatre B in Moorhead, Minnesota as their new executive director.

“Being 2,000 miles from home has been a challenge, but I am grateful to the Schoodic community for being so welcoming and supportive over the past two years. Schoodic Arts for All is a wonderful organization and I consider myself lucky to have been a part of it. I have full faith that Anna and Lisa are the right people to lead the organization into its next chapter.”
