“A Day in the Life”

The Alternative Pathways program at Charles M. Sumner Learning Campus guides alternative learners toward graduation within a creative and flexible educational environment. For this project, students took on the role of community photojournalists. Their task was to tell the "untold" stories of our community through a photo essay of their own choosing and design. The goal of the project was for students to learn about the people, places, and environments of our local community. "A Day in the Life" exhibit showcases what they found.
