Join me for five of my favorite Asian appetizers made with a Downeast Maine flair. We'll combine local seafood including lobster, salmon, shrimp, and fresh vegetables along with garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame, and other flavorings. I'll have some of my cookbooks available for sale and signing as well.
