Intro to Cheesemaking
Have you ever wanted to learn how to make cheese but are intimidated on how to start? In this workshop we will learn how to make fresh cheeses that can be enjoyed either by themselves or to cook with. We will cover ricotta, cottage cheese, cream cheese, paneer and Queso fresco.

French Crepe Sale and Demonstration
Watch Crepe Master Sylvie Behar, originally from Lyon, France, as she makes traditional French crepes. Her crepes will be for sale and will make a wonderful lunch!

French Crepe Making Class
An interactive and fun French Crepe making class taught by Crepe Master Sylvie Behar, originally from Lyon, France, and her assistant Gene Siemer. Our students will learn the history and origin of French crepes. They will be able to make their own crepes, both sweet and savory, in a professional set up, similar to a true French creperie. They will leave with the knowledge of techniques on how to make their own crepes at home.

2nd Annual Meet Your Local Clams
Spend an evening talking about, eating, and celebrating local soft shell clams. Hear about how they are harvested here in Gouldsboro and what the town is doing to ensure the continuation of the fishery, as well as what the town is doing to continue access to the shore for the harvesters. Enjoy some light entertainment and share your thoughts with us about your favorite ways to eat clams, your memories of clams, and other things "clammy".

Strawberry Shortcake Two Ways
Please join JoAnne Wood and her assistant Katie in this hands-on class where we’ll make two delicious versions of fresh strawberry shortcake: one with traditional shortcakes and the other with chocolate shortcakes, both topped with mascarpone whipped cream and vanilla bean marinated strawberries. All ingredients will be provided to bake with, as well as the recipe and instructions handout.
