Jumping into Wax! - Intermediate Encaustic Painting

This is a two-day workshop. Day two is on July 30.

Ready to go to the next level with encaustic painting? This 2-day workshop builds upon the introductory class, and allows students to go deeper, work larger, and develop new techniques. Individual studio time will balance demos, consultation, and critique. Learn more about using color, pigment sticks, working from intention, and more. Prerequisite is Wading into Wax, or conversation with instructor about previous experience.

• Bring: Work apron, images or objects you want to transfer or embed. Any favorite tools or supplies you wish to use.
