Please join JoAnne Wood and her assistant Katie in this hands-on class where we’ll make two delicious versions of fresh strawberry shortcake: one with traditional shortcakes and the other with chocolate shortcakes, both topped with mascarpone whipped cream and vanilla bean marinated strawberries. All ingredients will be provided to bake with, as well as the recipe and instructions handout.
Ages: Teen, Adult
Bring: Bring an apron if you want to take part in the cooking (not required, feel free to just observe if you prefer!), and a container to bring home any goodies we don’t gobble up in class!
